Ambulance 21
« on: November 12, 2011, 07:49:16 pm »
Problems with Ambulance 21:
  • Check engine light is on all of the time.
  • ABS light is on all of the time.
  • Cannot open rear doors from inside of the ambulance.
All warning lights should be fixed. They may indicate a real problem or they could mask a future problem.

The ABS has been on for a while. It has been reported and garage checked. Informed by garage unknown reason.
O2 meter on wall inside back says 2L when off.
Dog house is loose and rattling.
Headlights flash.

Opening the back doors is very important.  I was in an incident about six months ago, where the patient became combative, biting me and attempted to hit me.  I could not get out the back door, so I kicked it open to get away from the patient.  I hope no one else encounters a problem like this one.
