Run and CAD Sheet Disposition
« on: November 14, 2011, 05:21:51 pm »
Purpose: Insure that all runs are entered into MCA.

Runs should only be found in the following locations:
  • Completed runs will go in the drop box.
  • Runs being entered into MCA will remain with the person entering the run.
  • Runs not entered will be filed in the file cabinet that contains the time sheets and is labelled Runs Not Entered. If you cannot enter a run after returning to the station contact the Director. Reasonable delays will be allowed.
CAD sheets will be attached to the run paperwork and scanned. They do not have to be copied because Ray receives an electronic copy for audit purposes. Use the CAD sheets for Incident Numbers, PSAP times and dispatch times entered into MCA. The format of the Incident Number will be YY-NNNN where YY is the year and NNNN is the number. They will look like: 11-7262. Check all run sheet times to the CAD sheet. Stations other than Station 20 cannot follow this portion of the procedure until their FAX machines are enabled.  We are looking into what is required to get all runs FAXed to all stations.

Do not forget to post that you read the procedure and will follow it. Other posted comments are encouraged.

Ray:

I have read this and understand.  Joe Villers also read this too.

I am not getting any emails from you at all.  I had to find out second handed that this was being done.

I understand and agree with this new procedure.  I also agree to follow this procedure whenever station 30 has a workable fax machine so as to receive the CAD reports.
