PLUGGING AMBULANCES IN
« on: December 11, 2011, 12:40:42 pm »
0n DEC. 11th. ambulance 31 would not start due to the battery switch being left on and not plugged in and inside lights on. We were paged out for a chimney fire. That is why station 20 was paged out for this call. After putting battery charger on boost the truck started. I had a crew to do this run, but when policies are not followed this is what happens. This run was not a life or death run, but what if it would have been. This is the reason all ambulances need to be charging when not in use.  Remember. plug ALL trucks in.
